97% of consumers search online for local businesses, and 85% trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. Over half the people surveyed recently in the US claimed only to use a local business if it has more than 4 stars average reviews. These numbers are even higher in younger age groups and will only grow over time.

All we need to know is your business name and telephone number, and we'll do the rest. You'll get a report detailing review quality as well as how accurately your business is listed in which directories (this can be important for search ranking). You can also see how visible your reviews are, and there are some short videos explaining some of the results.

The report outlines lots of useful information about how your business is seen online. The grades in themselves are less important (they are just indications of areas that might be improved). Your report also contains links to further information and how to address some of the issues. Click on any of these links to find out more, and take you to the next step.
